Volume 6, Act 19

In an attempt to buy Mio some wicked concert tickets, Kotarou gets scammed out of 90-odd dollars. Mio is furious, and chases after the scammer in order to regain Kotarou's money and honor...and bumps into a new friend. Also, after the events of Act 18, Tatsuki acts surprisingly sweet. (gasp!)
